This workshop will equip participants with tools and insights to understand their strengths, apply them in their daily lives, and use them to make a meaningful contribution to His Kingdom. Facilitated by Heather Erikson, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.

Here are a few ways I see the connection:
- Uniqueness and Design: The CliftonStrengths model emphasizes that each person is uniquely wired with specific talents. This aligns with the Bible's message in Ephesians 2:10, which says, "For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." We are all created with a purpose, and our strengths are part of that plan.
- Serving Others: The CliftonStrengths model highlights how utilizing your strengths benefits your team and organization. The Bible promotes using your gifts to serve others in 1 Peter 4:10: "Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms." Our strengths are not just for personal gain, but to contribute to the greater good.
- Glory to God: By using your strengths effectively, you bring excellence to your work, which can ultimately glorify God. Colossians 3:23-24 states, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will inherit the kingdom from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."
It's important to note that the CliftonStrengths assessment itself is a secular tool. However, by reflecting on your strengths through the lens of faith, we can learn to use our talents for God’s glory.

- Claim It: Understand how individual strengths are used in daily activities and as part of a team

Strategic Planning and Action Steps
- One-hour Review and Recap with senior manager(s), from each department, focusing on team members' unique talents that contribute to the overall team performance.

- Keep the momentum going with easy-to-use follow-up activities that include discussion questions, reflection, and implementation. They can be used all in a row or over the next six months.
